GTAW/SMAW etc. To perform or assist tasks related to welding eg. Joint Preparation, Fit up, Post weld preparation, and repair if required. Able to read and follow the welding procedure specification and instructions when welding. Effectively produce quality welds preferably radiography quality. Role & responsibilities Set up and operate robotic welding machines according to specifications. Load and unload workpieces into the robotic welding system. Monitor and inspect welds to ensure quality and adherence to blueprints or engineering drawings. Adjust machine settings to optimize weld quality and efficiency. Role & responsibilities Perform TIG and MIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel materials to assemble capacitor can components with high precision. Maintain strict adherence to welding procedures and specifications to ensure strong, durable, and aesthetically clean welds. Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings , and technical specifications to understand welding requirements and the dimensions of parts to be welded. Prepare materials by cleaning, grinding, and polishing metal surfaces to ensure that they are free of contaminants and ready for welding.
