Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality checks across departments (fabrication, painting, erection). ✔ Raw Material & Vendor Quality Control Review and verify Material Test Certificates (MTCs) for steel, bolts, paints, and other critical items. Maintain site QA/QC reports and conduct daily quality briefings with erection teams. ✔ Documentation & Compliance Prepare and maintain complete documentation: NCRs, QIRs, checklists, site inspection reports, handover dossiers, and client approvals. Ensure traceability of every component used – from raw steel to finished erection.
