Support in pre-dispatch testing and ride trials at factory or site. Educational Qualifications Minimum 12th pass with ITI certificate (Fitter/Mechanical Trade). Additional technical diploma preferred. Skills Required Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings. Use of basic hand tools: spanners, torque wrench, drills, grinders. Fitting of motors, gearboxes, chains, belts, and couplings. Understanding of tolerances and assembly sequences. Basic knowledge of safety during mechanical assembly. Tools & Equipment Familiarity Torque wrench, spanner sets, bearing pullers, alignment gauges. Basic fabrication tools: angle grinder, drilling machine. Hydraulic jack, chain block, and hoisting equipment. Measurement tools: tape, scale, vernier caliper. Soft Skills & Traits Hardworking and physically fit. Team player and ability to follow supervisor instructions. Safety-conscious and attention to detail. Ability to work in factory and project site conditions
