Create and update design dossiers and compliance checklists required for API 16D documentation packages. Conduct FMEA, DFMEA , and risk assessments per certification and safety protocols. Lead or assist in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and pressure testing per API 16D. Maintain a strong working knowledge of API Monogram program expectations and ensure designs are audit-ready. Understanding of quality management systems , material certification (MTC) , and pressure equipment directives. Preferred: Prior involvement in successfully certifying a system under API 16D or managing monogram documentation. Exposure to API 6A, 16C, or 17D standards is a plus.
