Ensure welding machine calibration and other measuring instruments used in welding. Preparation of WPS/PQR/WPQ as per ASME Sec IX, AWS D1.1. Welder training and control of welders including welder qualifications, welder continuity, maintenance of WPQ certificates as per ASME requirements. Qualification of Welding procedures under TPI witness and record maintenance. Prepare Weld & Test Plan, Weld Map and submit for client approval. Ensure PTC requirements and its Testing.
