As an Industrial Sales Representative with Pro-Arc, your role involves generating business in the assigned region by representing the company and promoting sales of machines, retrofits, spares, and consumables. Your responsibilities include: - Generating sales orders for capital equipment through proactive sales efforts - Achieving sales targets set by the company for the region - Following up on leads provided by the company and generating new business through cold-calling - Building brand recognition for Pro-Arc in the region - Understanding customer requirements, coordinating with the presales team, providing quotes, addressing technical and commercial queries, organizing demonstrations, and negotiating and closing orders - Maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure deal closure and satisfaction - Negotiating orders at competitive prices and favorable terms - Coordinating with internal teams and customers throughout the project lifecycle - Cultivating relationships with existing and potential customers - Providing market, product, and customer feedback to the management - Supporting service and installation teams as needed - Collaborating with the base team on marketing activities to enhance business and brand visibility - Creating and submitting regular reports and expense claims - Appointing and supporting dealers to expand market reach Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 6 years of experience in industrial sales of capital equipment - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Good interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team - Proficiency in negotiation - Demonstration of sincerity and commitment Your educational qualifications should include a BE/MBA degree.
