They are looking for candidates who can quickly integrate into the workforce. As a Fabrication Welder, you will be responsible for utilizing MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding techniques on various materials. Your duties will include measuring, cutting, and welding metal materials based on job specifications. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in welding, depending on the company's requirements. A high school diploma is the minimum education requirement for this position. Candidates applying for this role should be proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, with certification considered a bonus. Additionally, you should be skilled in using fabrication tools and equipment, possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, and have experience in stainless steel and aluminum welding. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary range of 10k to 15k (in hand) based on experience, along with a lucrative performance bonus.
