Job Summary

Himalaya International is looking for an experienced Welder to carry out metal welding and fabrication work for signage, structures, frames, and custom fabrication projects. The role requires accuracy, strength, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, ARC, and gas welding as per job requirements.
• Weld MS, SS, aluminium, and GI materials used in fabrication.
• Read and understand fabrication drawings, measurements, and job cards.
• Cut, grind, fit, and finish metal parts before and after welding.
• Ensure proper weld strength, alignment, and finishing.
• Repair damaged metal parts and structures when required.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work area.
• Follow factory safety norms and SOPs at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and production team for timely completion of jobs.
• Meet daily production and quality targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of welding experience in fabrication or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with ARC / MIG welding.
• Ability to work on metal frames, signage structures, gates, stands, and supports.
• Knowledge of measuring tools and fabrication techniques.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a factory environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in signage, advertising, or metal fabrication industry.
• ITI Welder certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of fabrication drawings and layouts.
