Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding (Arc / MIG / TIG) on elevator structures, cabins, and other components.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Measure, cut, and assemble metal parts accurately.
Inspect welds to ensure strength, quality, and compliance with standards.
Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper safety practices.
Work closely with production and quality teams for timely project completion.
Maintain daily work logs and report material usage.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: ITI in Welding / Fabrication or equivalent certification.
Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on welding experience (preferably in elevator / heavy fabrication industry).
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Arc, MIG, and TIG welding methods.
Ability to work with MS, SS, and other metals.
Familiarity with safety equipment and PPE usage.
Soft Skills:
Team player with attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
