Maintaining Record for MRB submission & receipt status Preparation of Monthly Progress Report. ISO Documentation and conducting Audit with senior QC members. Preparation of ISO Documents such as Quality Manual, Quality Procedures & Formats Preparation of Internal Audit Checklist. Maintaining records for calibration of instruments Internal Auditor. QC Inspection Activities Preparation & submission of ITP/QAP Inspection of fabricated/raw items - Steel structure, Tanks, Ducting, process piping & fittings, Raw plates, pipes & forgings etc. Preparation of Quality documents and welding related documents for TPIA/Client approval.
