The role of Welders & Fitters is a full-time on-site position located in Alwar. As a Welder & Fitter, you will be responsible for various welding tasks which include arc welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding. Your primary duties will involve interpreting blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts. On a day-to-day basis, you will be engaged in welding, fitting materials, ensuring the materials meet quality standards, and maintaining welding equipment. It is crucial to adhere to safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, MIG Welding, and Welding techniques. A good understanding of different materials used in welding is essential, along with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Attention to detail and a dedication to producing quality work are key attributes for this position. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Possessing relevant welding certifications and vocational training will be advantageous, and previous experience in the automotive industry would be considered a plus.,
