Role & responsibilities : 1197(weld Engineering) - Weld Process Engineering : Kaizen in existing process, Line trial for new Model introduction - Weld shop layout preparation, - Jig Planning sheet preparion for new jigs, modification jigs - Validation of Cycle Time of each station during Line trial - Confirmation of Spot Positions & Weld Quality by performing destructive & Non-Destructive test. - Prepare Robot teaching plan for spot position accuracy in trial - Local Equipment plan and spec sheet preparation and procurement - Line tact up plan preparation and robot teaching - Carry out trial and validation for pallet, trolley for material handling - Installation and commissioning of Jigs, equipment, line as per schedule - Prepare nugget sheet, drawings for weld body destructive test. - Update new weld parameters to controller for new model, RM change trial Preferred candidate profile - Welding Process Engineering, Basics of Jigs and Fixtures, Geometric Dimensioning and tolerencing - PPAP, ISO 9001 Quality systems, Machine design fundamentals - 3D software working experience (NX/ CATIA), AutoCAD is preferable
