Role & responsibilities: 1147 1.- Should have understanding and working knowledge of welding (spot welding, projection welding, and stud welding. 2.- Should be able to set Weld parameters. Should be able to handle Denyo and Obara Welding Guns and set their parameters. 3.- Understanding of difference between normal spot Vs critical spot. 2T/3T combination and coated/non-coated sheet knowledge. 4.- Tip dressing process, teaching, welding parameters adjustment. 5.- Understanding and working knowledge of chisel test, Hakkai/destructive test, Ultrasonic test. 6.- Should be able to undertake action in case of welding abnormalities.
