Key Responsibilities: Lead daily quality operations across the fabrication floor, ensuring compliance with welding codes (e.g., AWS D1.1, IS standards) , fabrication drawings, and customer specifications. Develop, implement, and maintain inspection plans, WPS/PQR/WPQ documentation , and quality checkpoints at each stage of fabrication. Coordinate with Production, Design, and Planning teams to address drawing deviations, fit-up issues, and process bottlenecks. Manage in-process and final inspections including visual inspection, dimensional checks, NDT (UT, RT, MPI, DPI) , and documentation of results.
