Job Title: Quality Engineer Role & responsibilities 1. Ensure product quality by dimension checking, NDE Testing, Visual inspection 2. Maintain Quality records relating to calibration, welding, stage inspection 3. Create inspection reports using Excel templates 4. Conduct testing in front of Third party inspection agencies and customers in shopfloor 5. Detect and remove non compliances in product Preferred candidate profile Exposure to basic measuring instruments like Calipers, micrometer, gauges, tape,scales must Knowledge of reading Engineering Drawings, development of testing setup will be plus Familiarity with testing standards mentioned in ASME BPVC, B31.3, EJMA, FSA advantageous Fundamental knowledge of Manufacturing Technology & processes is desired Candidate needs to have created, maintained Quality Records using Computer Prior structural sheet metal fabrication exposure welcome Candidate needs to be located/ be able to locate within 25 Km radius of the factory premises
