Role & responsibilities Candidate should be ready to travel frequently within India for service activities and troubleshooting. Ability to interact and coordinate with clients regarding service requirements, issues, and resolutions. Internal coordination with teams and Technical GM: Candidate should be able to work closely with internal teams and coordinate with the Technical General Manager on service-related matters. Candidate should be willing to work on operations and maintenance of waste management machines Preferred candidate profile Reading electrical drawings: - Ability to understand electrical drawing/diagrams. Electrical cabinet and wiring: Knowledge of electrical cabinet layout, wiring practices, and connections. VFD, soft starter, sensors, PLC, etc.: - Familiarity with components like VFDs, soft starters, sensors, and PLCs, including their functions, configurations, and applications. Tracing and troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation issues: - Skill in identifying, analysing, and resolving problems related to electrical and instrumentation systems. Service reports: - Candidate should be capable of making detailed reports of service activities, issues encountered, resolutions, and other relevant information.
