Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Executive, based in Agartala with some work-from-home flexibility. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with customers and distributors, and achieving sales targets. The role includes conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies. The executive will also be responsible for monitoring competitor activities and providing feedback to the management team. Qualifications Experience in Sales and Marketing Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to conduct Market Research and identify new business opportunities Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the FMCG sector is a plus Proficiency in MS Office Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

The role involves relationship management with distributors, retailers, and other partners, as well as ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals within the designated territory. Qualifications Experience in Distribution Management, Channel Sales, and Sales processes. Proven ability in Sales Management and Business development within a competitive environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to evaluate market trends and identify opportunities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Willingness to travel within the territory and work in a hybrid setup. Experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
