Position: Executive - Corporate Engineering & Projects Functional Area: Instrumentation/ Automation Location: Head Office (Kolkata - New Town) Experience: 7 - 8 years Educational Qualification: B. E./ B. Tech (full time) Requirements: Candidate must have exposure of Instrumentation, Automation Project execution/ management in either of Paint/ Chemical/ Petrochemical/ FMCG industries. Should be competent enough to understand or interpret P&I diagram, Cable schedule, wiring diagram, control philosophy, Instrument Index, Datasheet, Hook-up diagram, Hazardous Area classification etc. etc Should be conversant with equipment/ systems like Automatic Filling Machine, Robotic Palletization system, Automated Storage & Retrieval system, Energy Management System, Manufacturing Execution System, Batch Management System, Low Voltage systems like CCTV, Fire alarm system, Attendance management system etc. Should be conversant with DCS system (ABB/ Honeywell/ Schneider etc.), PLC, HMI, Field Instruments like Mass Flowmeter, Weighing system, Smart transmitters, Sensors etc. Troubleshooting, maintenance exposure of various Process Instruments, PLC, DCS. Hands-on exposure on programming of PLC/DCS is better. Basic understanding about AI, ML, Industry 4.0, Tableau etc. Should have good communication and analytical skill.
