Role & responsibilities Review and code Home Health medical records accurately Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and payer requirements Work with teams to clarify documentation if needed Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets Preferred candidate profile 1.6 to 6 years of experience in Home Health Coding Knowledge of ICD-10-CM guidelines Good communication and analytical skills Ready to work on Morning or Night shifts Willing to complete BCHH-C Certification within 1 month of joining
