You are a Ploegbaas Wegenwerken to join our team at Trafiroad, a family business specializing in various road works including signalization, road markings, construction, traffic techniques, and rentals. Your role will involve managing a team of 2-3 workers on various construction sites. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of 2-3 workers within the crew. - Setting out curbs, drainage, and street inlets. - Measuring the quantities carried out (in small construction sites). - Ensuring the correct execution of work and compliance with safety regulations. - Reporting to the site manager. We are looking for someone with: - A degree in Construction and several years of experience as a team leader. - Good physical condition and a preference for working outdoors. - Early riser, comfortable starting work at 6 am. - Relevant experience in road construction is a plus. - Proficiency in Dutch. Basic knowledge of French and English is advantageous. - Flexibility in work hours (occasional weekend and night shifts). - Preferably holding a driver's license C. - Resident of Oost-Vlaanderen.
