Primary role:

As a Cloud Engineer your role is to provide support, implement, and manage scalable cloud solutions, ensuring security, cost-efficiency, and optimal performance. You mentor engineers, guiding them through best practices and project milestones. Additionally, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud strategies with business goals.

What you'll do :

• Responsible for monitoring, providing support, and troubleshooting all Azure implementations and deployments.
• Provide technical support for critical server environment including server deployment, migrations, upgrades, patch management, application support, business continuity, operational and disaster recovery.
• Manage infrastructure operations as per the industry standards.
• Participate in implementation, go live, and post-go-live production support through the process of initial setup, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance as part of the technical support team.
• Know how in configuring and troubleshooting Azure key vaults, network security group, Vnet, Storage accounts, Resource monitoring and Azure Automation etc.
• Participate in analyzing, troubleshooting, remediating, and resolving issues in cloud infrastructure and architecture reported by clients.

Basic qualifications:

• 3 - 7 years experience in Cloud Infrastructure.
• Good understanding of public cloud infrastructure and design for maximum flexibility, extensibility, and High availability.
• Hands-on expertise in deploying enterprise applications on Azure, leveraging platform services such as App Service, Azure SQL, Security Center, Azure Monitor, Storage, Key Vault, Automation, vNet, VPN.
• Experiene in IAAS and PAAS.
• Experience in backup and disaster recovery.
• Experience in Storage Management

• Must be willing to work in rotational shift (24/7)
