Position: Sales / Pre-Sales Executive Location: Bengaluru Company: Wedsy About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven Sales / Pre-Sales Executive who can build meaningful relationships with clients and help them plan their dream weddings with Wedsy. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them through our services, understanding their requirements, and ensuring they have a seamless onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities: Engage with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand their wedding needs. Present Wedsy’s services and offerings clearly and confidently. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups. Coordinate with our planning and operations teams for smooth project handovers. Maintain detailed lead records on CRM (Bigin by Zoho or similar). Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong command of spoken and written English. Ability to listen, empathize, and build trust with clients. A pleasing personality and confidence in client-facing conversations. Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or event management is a plus. Passion for weddings and creating memorable experiences.
