You will work closely with our design and manufacturing teams to ensure that our products meet performance, comfort, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and prototyping of new footwear designs. Inspect, test, and evaluate footwear for quality and durability. Collaborate with designers, developers, and production teams on material selection and construction methods. Analyze and troubleshoot production or fit issues. Ensure technical specifications are followed in mass production. Maintain accurate technical documentation and sample records.
