Job Description What awaits you/ Job Profile The Technical writer acts as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the artifacts related to application life cycles captured as documentation. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing existing systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and user-friendly documentation. You would be responsible for Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document software requirements, Translate business needs into technical specifications. Create models, flowcharts, and system diagrams to define architecture and workflows, Maintain comprehensive project documentation. What should you bring along Assess system design and architecture. Create and maintain documentation, including software requirements specifications (SRS). Creating clear, concise documentation including high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD), system architecture, Release Notes, User Guides, Implementation Guides for software applications. Proficiency in Confluence, Jira tool usage. Collaborating with subject matter experts and diverse teams to build the knowledge artifacts. Ability to organize and plan documentation projects to meet deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders. Must have skills Strong ability to work with various teams, developers, and stakeholders to gather and convey information. Proficient in creating detailed technical documentation, including system design, architecture, and system diagrams. Understanding of web technologies such as Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web frameworks. Skilled in using tools like Microsoft Word, Confluence, Visio, to create clear and informative diagrams and flowcharts. Understanding of cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure and ability to document cloud-based applications and services. Good to have skills Operational and security (OWASP)
