Ideally, you should have 2 to 3 years of experience in customer support or technical support in the online industry, particularly with processes related to data curation extraction. A good understanding of websites and navigation to retrieve desired information is required. You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, decision-making abilities, basic knowledge of Excel sheets, logical analytical skills, and a keen eye for details.
