As an IT Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with management and various departments to execute a successful IT strategy. Your responsibilities will include setting up criteria for assessing IT systems, identifying areas that require modifications, and possessing knowledge of networking and proficiency in various applications. Additionally, you will be expected to have a solid understanding of basic computer components, enabling you to troubleshoot and replace equipment as needed. Your duties will involve devising and executing plans for the repair or replacement of computers and other technological devices, as well as managing inventory control. Furthermore, you will contribute to budgeting for IT expenditures and procuring new equipment when necessary. Interacting with all vendors for the procurement, service, and support of IT-related products will also be part of your routine tasks. Moreover, you will provide support in projects and create presentation materials as required, update websites, and exhibit the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. While a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, passionate and motivated individuals with a strong educational background are encouraged to apply.
