Key Responsibilities

• Design banners, cover images, and homepage layouts that enhance user experience and brand identity.
• Strategically plan product placement on the website to ensure seamless navigation and improved sales.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and AI-based solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
• Analyze weekly sales data using Microsoft Excel and recommend design/placement changes that drive more visibility and reduce bounce rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement UI updates aligned with marketing and sales goals.
• Take quick and effective decisions to adapt website layouts for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Lead and inspire a creative team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in website UI/UX design.
• Strong knowledge of Canva, AI-based design tools, and trending market tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sales data reading, analysis, and reporting).
• Excellent creative, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to lead a team, multitask, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong decision-making skills with a focus on organizational growth.
• A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and user-friendly web navigation.
