You should have a good understanding of bidding portals such as Elance, Freelancer, oDesk, Guru, etc. You will be responsible for reviewing requirements and placing initial bids. It will be your duty to review RFP, RFQ, and RFI shared by the clients, understand the documents, and submit proposals accordingly. Negotiation and closure of deals will also be a part of your responsibilities. In case of any issues related to project delivery, you may need to get involved to clarify scope or make additions to the existing scope.
