Website & Social Media Executive (Full-Time)

Timing: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy and communicative Website & Social Media Executive who can manage backend operations of our e-commerce website, coordinate dispatch activities, and interact with customers on social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage website backend: product listings, stock updates, banners, descriptions

• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Respond to customer queries from website chat, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

• Work with the team to improve site performance and customer journey

• Assist in basic social media marketing tasks (posting, messaging, tracking)

• AI tools knowledge (basic use of ChatGPT, Canva, etc.) is a plus

Requirements:

• Understanding of how websites (especially e-commerce) function

• Familiar with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or others (basic level okay)

• Comfortable with social media communication

• Basic knowledge of Excel, Canva, or digital tools

• Good English writing and communication skills

• Based in or willing to commute to Shaniwar Peth, Pune

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
