As a Project Manager at Bernstein Private Wealth Management, you will be responsible for scheduling short-term and long-term project plans for multiple projects. Your role will involve staying on top of deadlines, initiating projects, directing timelines and vendor resources, monitoring and managing capacity, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns effectively. You will be tasked with traffic managing print and digital collateral, from briefing to delivery and distribution, ensuring all projects are delivered on-time and on-brand. Managing multiple concurrent projects for on-time and in-scope delivery will be a key part of your responsibilities. As the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, you will facilitate regular updates and meetings with stakeholders, including marketing teams, creative departments, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly. Additionally, you will manage email and hard copy distribution for internal and external communications, maintain marketing materials on all internal and external websites, supervise the PM email box, and handle website publishing, posting, and execution. Your role will also involve conducting market research to inform project planning and execution. You will analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide marketing strategies and ensure projects are relevant and impactful. The ideal candidate for this position should have 3-5 years of marketing experience in a corporate or professional setting. You should possess the ability to independently prioritize and execute multiple complex tasks and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
