Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. 7. Monitor key KPIs including delivery timelines, quality metrics, and resource utilization. 8. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and clients, providing updates and resolving blockers. 9. Ensure compliance with SLAs, budgets, and quality expectations
