Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update property listings, images, brochures, and project details on the website.
  
• Ensure timely updates of new project launches, offers, and events.
  
• Optimize website for lead generation, including inquiry forms, chatbots, and CTAs.
  
• Monitor website traffic, leads, and conversions with analytics tools.
  
• Coordinate with sales & marketing teams for campaigns and project promotions.
  
• Improve SEO rankings to drive organic traffic and visibility in property searches.
  
• Maintain website security, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
  
• Ensure property galleries, virtual tours, and floor plans are well presented.
  
• Collaborate with developers/designers for technical enhancements.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in website management, preferably in

  real estate or property portals

  .
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, or custom-built sites).
  
• Basic skills in HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting.
  
• Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  
• Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with real estate CRMs and lead management systems.
  
• Knowledge of property listing portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with integration of virtual tours, 3D walkthroughs, or interactive maps.
