Optimise websites for SEO and accessibility standards. Manage and update website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla. Design graphics, banners, and visual assets for websites and digital marketing campaigns. Enhance website performance through image optimisation, code minification, caching, and responsiveness. Monitor website analytics to make data-driven decisions that improve site performance and user engagement. Collaborate with marketing, development, and content teams to ensure consistent and cohesive digital output. Manage multiple web design projects including planning, timelines, and progress tracking. Ensure quality assurance by testing websites across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes. Stay current with web design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the companys digital presence innovative. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelor's degree in Web Design & Development, Graphic Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in web design and development, preferably in a marketing-focused environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and Sketch. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development. Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla. Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, professional websites, especially in professional services sectors. Professional certifications such as Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) are an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
