Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Website Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that align with our brand and business objectives. You should have a strong eye for design, a passion for user experience (UX), and proficiency in modern web design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create website layouts and user interfaces using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Design responsive websites that work seamlessly across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with developers, content writers, and marketing teams to bring designs to life.
• Ensure design consistency, branding, and visual standards across all web pages.
• Apply UX principles to enhance user journey, accessibility, and engagement.
• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve website performance.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Website Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS (basic knowledge for design handoff).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify is a plus.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience with motion graphics or interactive design is a plus.
• Understanding of SEO principles and website accessibility standards.
