**Job Description:**

We are looking for a smart and articulate female Tele caller with a strong background in the IT software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with domestic clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with information about our services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our IT services.

- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients.

- Keep accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.

- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team as needed.

- Provide feedback on client interactions to improve service delivery.

**Qualifications:**

- Female candidates only.

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, preferably in the IT software industry.

- Excellent verbal communication skills specially in Bengali & Hindi.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

**Salary:** Competitive salary based on experience (to be discussed during the interview).
