The Manager, Enterprise Technology is responsible for Managing resources and workload, delivering projects on time with quality, developing strategic road map and collaborate with cross functional teams. This position reports to the Director, Enterprise Applications and is part of the Information Technology located in Pune, India and will be an on-site role. In this role you will have the opportunity to: Collaborate with IT leads and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design SAP solutions that align with business needs. Develop architecture diagrams and technical design documents. Design and develop the integration of S4 HANA systems with other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless functionality across different platforms. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in SAP systems. Provide guidance and support to resolve critical incidents. Build and sustain employee engagement by creating a culture of efficient execution and an environment in which individuals and teams can excel and continuously improve establish an effective technical and leadership development plan. Stay updated with the latest SAP trends, technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and systems.
