You are a proactive and technically skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) Associate with over 1 year of relevant experience. You hold a certification in MCP and possess a solid understanding of personalization strategies, campaign execution, and web integration utilizing Salesforce tools. Your responsibilities include managing sitemap and dataset creation, deploying WebSDK, overseeing catalog and content zone management, creating attributes, executing web campaigns, and handling data through import/export, ETL feed creation, and segment setup. You are proficient in Email and Mobile Push channels, with knowledge of real-time recommendation engines and personalization strategies such as next best action. Your expertise extends to JavaScript, jQuery, and TypeScript. Additionally, you excel in communication, collaboration, and have a good grasp of digital marketing principles and website marketing strategies. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Studios is highly desirable. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts from Monday to Friday with rotational shifts. Performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are part of the compensation package. You must have at least 1 year of experience in MCP, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Possession of MCP certification is mandatory.
