Roles and Responsibilities Analyze requirements Design and implementation Review estimates and suggest updates for your module Perform design and code review Support testing and client queries Interface and communicate with the onsite team Participate in scrum calls and provide status reports Collaborate with other teams from different locations and client Take part in Center of Excellence activities, training as required and aligning to your interest Develop functional requirement documents and software design documents for integrations Coach and mentor junior team members Work with functional team in definition of end-to-end requirements Assist in problem resolution, root cause analysis, and performance analysis Develop, enforce and maintain system integration standards Status reports to peers, managers, and clients Actively participate in requirements definition and development phases Be responsible for leading the solutioning efforts by developing and presenting POCs Coordinate with business users, business analysts, and team members to understand the business requirements and configure complex business rules and workflows Trouble shoot & resolve technical issues, provide solutions & workarounds to critical requirements. Should be a strong team player to lead and cross-train their skills with others. Prepare technical and design documents. Code/Configure while strictly following the guidelines and best practices.
