About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee the technical delivery of Salesforce-based solutions for our clients.In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying scalable and secure Salesforce implementations, while guiding a team of developers and collaborating with key stakeholders.If you are passionate about cloud technologies, team leadership, and enterprise solutions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Delivery :

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions, ensuring high standards for scalability, performance, and security.
  

Project Oversight

• Manage the end-to-end technical execution of Salesforce projects including requirements analysis, integration design, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
  

Team Management

• Supervise and mentor a team of Salesforce developers.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
  

Custom Development

• Build custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.
  

Integrations

• Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft.
  

Platform Optimization

• Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce environments to enhance system performance, security, and user experience.
  

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve and innovate Salesforce implementations.
  

DevOps & CI/CD

• Promote and implement DevOps practices, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment.
  

Mentorship

• Provide coaching and guidance to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or architect-level role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, governor limits, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and platforms like MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Salesforce DX).
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Salesforce Application Architect, or System Architect are preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to enterprise-level CRM implementations.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
