Should be proficient in Deluge scripting, API integrations, and customising Zoho apps. Customize and configure Zoho modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and reports. Design and implement automation using Deluge (Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment) scripting. Integrate Zoho Apps with third-party applications via APIs, Webhooks, and RESTful services . Develop and maintain Zoho Creator apps and custom modules as required. Create custom functions, workflow automation, and advanced reports/dashboards. Troubleshoot and resolve any Zoho App issues. Primary Skills Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Zoho App customization and development. Expertise in Deluge scripting and workflow automation. Proficiency in Zoho App Extensions and integration. Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, WhatsApp APIs, etc.). Experience with Zoho Analytics and advanced dashboard/report creation. Knowledge of data migration , import/export, and data management in Zoho. About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Moveworks Expert to lead the implementation and integration of Moveworks with ServiceNow ITSM and Workday HR platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Moveworks automation, AI workflows, and seamless integration with enterprise applications, ensuring streamlined IT and HR service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Moveworks , including configuration, customization, and deployment. Integrate Moveworks with ServiceNow ITSM and Workday HR , enabling intelligent automation for ticketing, HR queries, and self-service resolutions. Collaborate with ITSM and HRIS teams to understand business processes and map them into automated workflows within Moveworks. Create, manage, and optimize AI-driven conversational experiences using Moveworks NLP capabilities. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during integration and operation. Monitor system performance, handle issues/escalations, and provide post-deployment support. Document configuration and implementation processes, best practices, and knowledge base articles. Train internal teams on Moveworks capabilities and integration outcomes. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Moveworks (must-have). Strong background in ServiceNow ITSM incident, request, change management modules. Experience integrating Moveworks with Workday HR – HR case management, employee self-service, etc. Proven ability to design and implement AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments. Solid understanding of ITIL processes. Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
