" Responsibilities Developing CI/CD toolchains centered around tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GithubActions, ArgoCD, Artifactory, Azure container registry, Google container registry and other similar tooling;Developing modules utilizing tools such as Terraform & Pulumi;Demonstrating knowledge of security requirements, including working with encryption at rest & in transit patterns;Demonstrating knowledge of tools like Azure Key vault, Hashicorp Vault, Google KMS;Utilizing security tools like Veracode, Blackduck for AppSec testing, Qualys scanners for infra testing and Twistlock/Aqua for container scanning;Working with tools like Github/Gitlab for source code management and well as experience with branching strategies like GitFlow and trunk based;Kubernetes at scale using one of GKE, AKS, EKS or RKE;Deploying automation in order to identify toil and opportunities to reduce that within the team;Setting up observability tools like Prom/Grafana, Datadog, AppDynamics, Splunk to give actionable intel on a microservice environment including but not limited to synthetics,Application performance monitoring, logging and Alerting (Pagerduty/OpsGenie Integrations);Troubleshooting all the way down to code level to give development teams a head start on application issues and effectively contribute to root cause analysis exercises post problem resolution; familiarity with Authn/Authz schemes like OpenID, OAuth 2.0, SAML;Effectively document any automation or technical efforts so as to ensure ease of adoptability of a solution;Effectively working with Scrum/Dev teams with a push/pull (push back and prioritize work pulled in) philosophy in order to manage expectations and contribute to the stability and improvement of the platform;Working within Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Jira Align;Scripting utilizing tools such as Bash, Python;Demonstrating expertise with Operators, CRDs, webhooks, service mesh patterns, stateful applications (Zookeeper managed), NOSQL Databases (MongoDB primarily, Couchbase is a plus);Scripting and Programming with Go, Java, Node; and,Implementing SRE approach to determine SLIs and create effective SLO’s.
