Job Overview:

We are looking for highly motivated and skilled WordPress/Webflow Developers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong command over modern web development practices and a keen eye for clean design and intuitive user experiences. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance websites using WordPress and Webflow, ensuring optimal functionality, SEO, responsiveness, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress and Webflow.

Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Build responsive, cross-browser compatible, and mobile-friendly websites.

Customize themes and plugins to meet project requirements.

Leverage Webflow CMS collections, custom animations, and interactions for dynamic website features.

Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility and traffic.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure user-friendly and visually appealing web experiences.

Monitor website performance and ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or performance issues quickly and efficiently.

Work closely with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality web solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Proven experience in WordPress development including custom themes and plugins.

Hands-on experience with Webflow, including CMS, animations, and advanced features.

Good understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.

Solid knowledge of SEO strategies and how to implement them in web projects.

Awareness of modern web design trends, performance optimization, and responsive design.

Experience with website security, malware removal, and data protection protocols.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, etc.

Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and third-party integrations.

Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
