As a Full-Time Webflow Developer at Enforg, a fast-growing web agency based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-performance websites for global clients. Your primary responsibility will be to convert Figma designs into responsive Webflow websites, ensuring clean, scalable, and maintainable projects. You will collaborate closely with designers and developers to achieve pixel-perfect results, implementing custom animations, interactions, and CMS structures. Additionally, you will optimize websites for performance and SEO, contributing to the overall success of our projects. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Webflow development and a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. Your proficiency in working with Webflow Designer and CMS, as well as your ability to replicate designs accurately from Figma, will be essential. A keen eye for responsive design, layout, and clean UI structure is also required. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a fast-paced team, demonstrating a passion for building amazing digital experiences.
