We are looking for a Voice Engineer to join our Unified Communications team based in our offices in Hyderabad/ Bengaluru/Gurugram. The team works on designing and delivering enterprise level communication solutions for the firm and to manage the operational support, maintenance, and stability of our highly automated infrastructure. WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY: In this role, you will design, implement, and manage the firm's network voice and IP telephony infrastructure. You will also lead the engineering project work and provide tier 2/3 operational support to enhance the overall configurability, observability, supportability, and reliability of the firm's enterprise unified communication environment. You are required to develop and maintain automation to support our voice and video infrastructure and assist with audio video (A/V) and conference room related projects. Additionally, you are responsible to upgrade and/or redesign existing infrastructure to improve performance and stability. Furthermore, you will mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Additionally, you get to manage projects from requirements gathering through to delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated communication solutions.
