As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a crucial role as the strategic and operational lead for various accounts. Your responsibilities will encompass digital strategy development, client communication, campaign planning, and overseeing day-to-day digital operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and clients, driving the creation of innovative campaigns and ensuring consistent digital delivery. Based in Lower Parel with a requirement for 6 days on-site, this role requires a level of experience ranging from 2-3 years. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the digital content strategy across various platforms such as Instagram, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You will be tasked with developing monthly social media calendars that strike a balance between brand storytelling, campaign highlights, and performance-driven content. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role, as you work closely with creative, styling, and production teams to create visually compelling campaigns that align with brand objectives and seasonal targets. It will be essential to stay abreast of trends in luxury, jewelry design, and digital content formats. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating ideas, creating mood boards, and developing shoot concepts for collections, campaigns, DVCs, and reels. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders including photographers, stylists, models, art directors, and editors to ensure the successful execution of on-ground shoots while maintaining creative integrity and addressing any real-time issues. Managing post-production timelines and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content will be part of your remit. Acting as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, you will be required to write clear creative briefs, provide actionable input to designers and editors, and ensure that all deliverables meet luxury standards and are delivered on time. Regular updates to clients on progress, insights, and performance will be expected, along with monitoring content analytics and recommending optimizations based on engagement and platform trends. Collaboration with paid media teams to ensure alignment between organic and paid content efforts will also be a key aspect of your role. To be considered for this position, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields, along with 2-3 years of experience in an advertising/digital agency or brand team. You should possess hands-on experience in managing digital accounts end-to-end, the ability to lead client discussions, manage projects effectively, and develop digital-first strategies. A solid understanding of content marketing, social media, paid media, influencer engagement, SEO/SEM, and web/digital analytics is also essential for this role.,
