Your role includes developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications and integrations tailored to customer requirements. You will also be responsible for developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications, automate and improve business processes, and understand detailed requirements to deliver high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will design quality features, think about the future evolution of applications and solutions, solve complex problems in a dynamic and agile environment, and maintain a strong focus on code quality and reusability. You will work in the area of Software Engineering, applying scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems. Your responsibilities will involve the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, from research and design to development and maintenance. Furthermore, you will exercise original thought and judgment, supervise other software engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and build expertise in your software engineering discipline. Your profile should include experience with the Integrated Risk Module (IRM), expertise in ServiceNow Platform and its capabilities, understanding of web-based protocols and standards, and a result-oriented approach with good communication skills. You should also be adept at transforming customer requirements into architectural solutions and supporting models.
