Role Overview: As a Salesforce QA Engineer at PalEnable Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of Salesforce and enterprise applications. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining test plans, executing test cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with QA methodologies and technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test procedures. - Ensure adequate test coverage aligned with project requirements. - Perform regression, functionality, and compatibility testing across various browsers and Windows platforms. - Execute test cases, track defects, and ensure timely resolution. - Translate business requirements into effective test cases. - Report defects and failed tests using defect management systems like JIRA and Zephyr. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Software Engineers, Application Engineers, IT Managers, and Business Analysts. - Utilize automation tools such as UFT/Selenium for test execution. - Actively participate in Agile/Scrum development processes. - Stay updated with emerging QA methodologies and technologies. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. - 2-4 years of experience as a QA/Tester with multi-platform and multi-browser testing exposure. - Strong understanding of test case design principles and defect lifecycle. - Minimum 5+ years of QA experience on Salesforce platforms, with mandatory Service Cloud experience. - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Administration and Architecture. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce UI testing, navigation, reports, layouts, and customizations. - Knowledge of Salesforce Standard and Custom Objects and Tabs. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving.
