You will be responsible for testing software products in a product development environment. As a Test Engineer, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 0 to 2 years of experience. Your main tasks will include designing test plans and test cases, executing tests, and reporting defects. You must have proven experience in manual testing, and automated testing experience will be considered a bonus. It is essential that you are familiar with testing methodologies and tools, especially GUI testing tools. Additionally, you should have at least 1 year of experience in web/application development. As an individual contributor, you should be self-motivated, a fast learner, and willing to take initiatives. You should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as good learning, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills. In terms of general responsibilities, you will be required to review software requirements, prepare and review test cases, report defects, and create test reports. You will also need to create tickets for known issues and assist in scheduling tasks for programmers with guidance from the Project Manager. Updating the schedule daily based on task progress, maintaining a 1-week sprint schedule, and keeping track of scheduled and completed tasks on the project management application will also be part of your responsibilities.,
