As a GIS Technical Lead, you will have 8-10 years of experience in the IT industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a GIS Technical Lead role. You should have strong hands-on experience with WebApp Builder and/or Experience Builder, ArcGIS JavaScript API, Python for scripting and automation, spatial data migration tools like FME, and a deep understanding of ArcGIS infrastructure setup, deployment, and performance optimization. Additionally, you should be skilled in installing and configuring the ArcGIS platform in various environments. Your skills should include excellent client engagement capabilities, effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, strong problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving performance issues and bottlenecks.
