The Application Developer at C1 is responsible for coding, testing, and analyzing application software. You will support existing business systems applications and consult with business analysts to identify business needs and technical solutions for customers. This role focuses on supporting the Interactive Intelligence Practice at C1, a fast-paced and high-growth business segment. You will be involved in the design, coding, engineering, documentation, and testing of software projects utilizing technologies such as C#, MVC, WCF, and WebAPI Services. As an ideal candidate, you should have at least 5 years of experience in developing enterprise-level applications and integrations. Proficiency in MS .Net Framework 3.5 and above, software design principles, and patterns is essential. Technical writing skills are a must, along with experience in Windows desktop and server application development. Knowledge of MVC development, web technologies, and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required. Desirable qualifications include knowledge of TFS, experience with Crystal reports and SQL SSRS, as well as VoIP and telephony experience. Interactive Intelligence certifications in handlers and ICELib are preferred. Your responsibilities will involve participating in requirements gathering sessions, collaborating with stakeholders to create and refine stories, and developing technical documentation. You will code projects following established standards, provide input for process improvement, and track issues and resolutions. Effective communication and documentation of project statuses to management are key aspects of this role. Understanding Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies and ensuring code stability, reliability, confidentiality, and integrity of client systems are vital responsibilities.
